Should Honda add the new off-road mode to the Passport

Honda is rolling out an off-road drive mode for the 2023-2024 Pilots through a software update. Some models, however, will need a few small hardware adjustments at the dealer. Since the 2019-2024 Passport is built on the same platform, it would make sense for Honda to offer this feature to Passport owners as well.

I mean it is the same platform, making them more or less the same vehicle, apart from the third row. Oh, and the Passport is the more offroady option, so I'm honestly confused why this feature isn't already available?

Probably they're not offering that because they already have dedicated trims with off-road capability? I mean it can be a missed opportunity. It could make the Passport even more capable and appealing to the people who actually use it for adventures, but it might just go against their own current designs?
