The rear washer stopped spraying last week and the pump still does the humming but then no fluid is making it to the glass, took a look and found the washer tube had split right near the hinge area on the tailgate, urgh, this was a fine workday morning and I wasn't in for this at all. Has anyone here done a quick fix or full replacement on that line, I'd rather avoid tearing the whole trim apart if I don't have to.
Appreciate any ideas, another stressor added to my mind now, please help me out guys, thanks in advance to you all

Since it's near the hinge area you can probably do some improvised repair that shouldn't take too long. Get a barbed plastic connector or small brass tubing, cut the damage section of the line and connect the healthy ends and be done with it. It should hold for a while, but don't expect it to last for decades. At a certain point you'll want to replace the line

Did you try using a small section of vacuum hose or heat-shrink tubing to reconnect the split ends as a temporary fix, or is the break too close to the hinge to get in there cleanly?
