Detailing a customer's 2021 Passport Touring and noticed the infotainment screen looks a little hazy, plus there are a couple of light scratches on the center console trim. Not sure if it's grime or wear. I don't want to risk using something too strong. What do you guys trust for light cleanup that won't cloud plastic or mess with the touchscreen coating?

I've had my share of hazy screens, and a good microfiber cloth with a little distilled water works wonders. If it needs a bit more, a tiny drop of screen safe cleaner on the cloth (not sprayed directly) keeps things crystal clear. For the console, a mild plastic polish does the trick but go easy so it doesn't turn into a bigger headache. @weeeeeeeee

You can also add a drop of baby shampoo or gentle dish soap on the distilled water. Works great without leaving residue or damaging coatings. For the trim scratches, a plastic polish like Meguiar's or 303 can help minimize them safely. Always test in a small spot first to be sure!

A few months ago I used Novus Plastic Polish to remove some scratches from some plastic pieces on my passport and it did a pretty good job. There was one deeper scratch that it didn't cover entirely, but it still did well. Not sure what to tell you about the screen though
